Trading The Charts (TTC) is a private, online forum serving the interests of traders and investors in the securities and commodity markets of the world. TTC is based in the United States of America and relies upon the Free Speech provision of the First Amendment to the US Constitution to permit and encourage the free flow of ideas, including debate, as to the directions of financial and commodity markets, reasons for their movements, and the best and most accurate methods for predicting the future.
During the course of daily postings, the TTC owner/administrator and forum members are likely to post their own charts, along with charts from any number of advisory services, and to make comments urging others to adopt their point of view as to which way one or more markets will move: up, down or sideways. Posters will suggest buying, selling, or abstaining from various markets for a multiplicity of reasons. Contradictory advice abounds by the minute in a freewheeling, unrestricted marketplace of ideas.
Participants in the forum must understand that they are, at no time, to rely upon any advice or information they may receive during the course of their time at the forum. No one at the forum is a registered investment advisor, to our knowledge. If anyone is so foolish as to rely upon the trading advice of anyone else at the forum, that person will have only him or herself to blame for any resulting loss.
